There are numerous opportunities to participate and serve in competitive recreational activities in a safe, Christian environment here at Arrow Heights. Choose from two different karate organizations, or participate in soccer, basketball or flag football through our unique 3C Sports ministry. Whether you or your family choose to participate in a recreational activity, or you just want to volunteer to help out and develop some relationships, there are many opportunities for you to do so!
3C Sports is a sports ministry specifically designed for boys and girls, 5 year olds through 14 years old. This ministry promotes salvation, character, and self-esteem in every child. We offer basketball, soccer and flag football programs. 3C Sports provides opportunities for everyone, no matter what denomination, to become meaningfully involved. There are opportunities for children to play and adults to coach or help with administration.

Arrow Heights sponsors two different karate ministries: a local chapter of the American Busido-Kai Karate Association (ABKA) and the Shotokan Tigers. ABKA is instructed by Christa Vance and meets every Tuesday at 6 PM. The Shotokan Tigers is instructed by Janis Fraley and meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 PM. Both groups meet in the Student Center worship room. In accordance with their Christian foundations, each group regularly participates in outreach efforts of Arrow Heights.
Arrow Heights hosts a free women's Zumba fitness class on Mondays and Thursdays, from 5:30-6:15pm in SC #201.This class is led by Jessica Miller.
